Sizing

Our pieces are true to size, designed to give you that snug, cozy hug — no matter the season.

If you prefer a looser or oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.

Each item has a description to help guide your fit — oversized garments will always be clearly labelled as “OVERSIZED”.

Inclusive Sizing

As a whānau-owned brand, we’re deeply committed to making our clothing accessible to all. We’re currently working behind the scenes to expand our size range to XS–6XL.

We’re also working on our kids line, so stay tuned!

Shipping

We currently offer standard shipping within Aotearoa (NZ) and Australia.

Thank you for your patience as we grow. We’re actively working toward:

  • Adding express shipping
  • Expanding to international shipping options

Returns & Exchange

We want you to love what you wear.

We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original condition (tags attached, no signs of wear)
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Please note:

  • We currently do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible — ideally within 12 hours of placing it.

Once an order has been processed and packed, we can’t guarantee a cancellation — but we’ll always do our best to help where we can.

Sustainability & Packaging

We care about our impact. Our packaging is eco-conscious and either recyclable, reusable, or compostable wherever possible.

We’re also constantly working to improve our production practices, supplier transparency, and environmental footprint.
